1. About Us
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Three Arrows Ltd website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Three Arrows Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and contact details are available on our website. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Three Arrows Ltd.
We sell home accessories, fashion and clothing, electronics, beauty and health products, and related goods to both individual consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B) within the United Kingdom.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You agree to these Terms in full
• If purchasing on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business to these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order.
3. Business Customers and Consumer Customers
3.1 Consumers
If you are purchasing as a private individual for personal use, you are a consumer. As a consumer you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
3.2 Business Customers
If you are purchasing for business, trade, or professional purposes, you are a business customer. Business customers:
• Acknowledge that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 consumer protections do not apply to business purchases
• Accept that statutory implied terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
• Are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended commercial use
• May be subject to separate trade terms if agreed in writing with Three Arrows Ltd
4. Products and Descriptions
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight colour variations may occur due to screen display differences
• We reserve the right to amend product specifications without notice provided the change does not materially affect performance or quality
• All products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP £) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate.
• Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch
• If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund
• Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order
• We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout
• All card payments are processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your full card details
For business customers purchasing on account or via invoice, separate payment terms will be agreed in writing.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch of your goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
• Products are out of stock
• A pricing or product description error has occurred
• Payment has not been authorised
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amounts already paid within 14 days.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
7.1 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by:
• Courier or postal service delays
• Adverse weather conditions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
7.2 Free Delivery
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders meeting the qualifying spend threshold displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Delivery charges for non-qualifying orders are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
7.3 Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted and fails due to no one being present, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may charge for re-delivery. Uncollected or undeliverable parcels may be refunded minus delivery costs after a reasonable period.
7.4 Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
8. Returns and Cancellations
8.1 Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing within 14 days of receipt. You may use the cancellation form on our website or contact us directly by email.
Following cancellation:
• You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
• Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied
• We will issue a full refund including original standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
8.2 Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to:
• A full refund within 30 days of purchase
• A repair or replacement after 30 days
• A price reduction or final right to reject after one failed repair or replacement
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of any fault or damage.
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Perishable goods
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed hygiene products (such as beauty items) that have been opened
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
8.4 Business Customer Returns
Business customers do not benefit from the 14-day consumer cooling off period. Returns for business purchases are subject to our agreement at the time of sale. Faulty goods supplied to business customers will be handled in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or confirming the cancellation. We do not charge administration fees for refunds on eligible returns.
Refunds will not include any enhanced or express delivery charges paid at the time of order, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
